Diamond Concrete Core Drilling
Core drilling is created with special hollow drills that are equipped with diamond-blended and extremely hardened segments. These consist of a connector, a steel casing and the diamond segmented "tooth". A hollow core drill cuts a circular opening around the core of the material to be processed, usually of concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry or natural stone. The core of the cut material will be removed afterwards. Under certain conditions, blind holes can be drilled. This method prevents damage in the construction, compared to other methods such as chiseling, by allowing a reduction in vibration. By adding water as a binder and coolant, a nearly dust-free operation is achieved.
Our business activities are:
- Drilling diameter: Ø 25 - 1000mm
- Drilling depth: In principle, any drilling depth is possible. We will be happy to advise with special inquiries.
- Almost dust-free work
- On an angle and over-head drillings
- Flushed drillings at walls from a diameter of 100mm
- Dry drilling into masonry, lightweight concrete and screed up to a diameter of 350mm

Diamond Concrete Sawing
Diamond sawing is created with special saw blades that are equipped with hardened, diamond-blended segments. The saw blade cuts openings as well as slits into the material to be processed, usually through concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, natural stone or asphalt. This method prevents damage in the construction, compared to other methods such as chiseling, by allowing a reduction in vibration. By adding water as a binder and coolant, a nearly dust-free operation is achieved.
The possible applications and the technically achievable cutting depths can be decided only after inspection of the structure.. With our modern high-frequency sawing machines and powerful hydraulic sawing machines, we are able to perform any sawing and floor sawing contract safely and on schedule. Applications for concrete sawing are e.g. openings for windows, doors, as well as slits.
